The Lodge Guest Room Cabins

102 spacious, guest rooms so large we call them cabins. Some rooms feature fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. All rooms are smoke free. All sofas are hide-a-beds.

All rooms provided with; high-speed internet access, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and voicemail in all rooms Daily water park admission included with most rates!

TWO QUEEN SUITE: Sleeping area of the room has two queen beds and a television. Living room area has a sleeper sofa with another television. Room is divided by a partial wall.

KING SUITE: Sleeping area of the room has one king bed and a television. Living room area has a sleeper sofa with another television. Room is divided by a partial wall.

TWO QUEEN BEDS, SPLIT ROOM: Two queen sized beds divided by the bathroom in the center of the room to create two semi-private sleeping areas. Each side has its own television.

KING WHIRLPOOL SUITE: Sleeping area of the room has one king bed, a television, electric fireplace, and whirlpool tub. Living room area has a sleeper sofa with another television. Room is divided by a partial wall.

TWO QUEEN SUITE WITH PATIO: Sleeping area of the room has two queen beds, a television, and a patio door with a view of the courtyard. Living room area has a sleeper sofa with another television. Room is divided by a partial wall.

TWO QUEEN BEDS, ADA ACCESSIBLE: One large room with two queen beds, chairs, and desk. Please notify us if you require a roll-in shower as their availability is limited.

KING/QUEEN BUNK BEDS, ADA ACCESSIBLE: One large room with a king bed that has a queen bed bunked over it, sofa sleeper, chairs, and table. Please notify us if you require a roll-in shower as their availability is limited.

LOFT SUITE: Main floor has a bedroom with one queen size bed and television. Living room area is also on the main floor and features a love seat sofa sleeper, table and chairs, second television, electric fireplace, and patio door with view of the courtyard. Loft has two queen beds, a chair, and a third television. Room is equipped with a ceiling fan.

 

KITCHEN SUITE: Large two bedroom suite features a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher, granite breakfast bar, and all of the dishware you need! Master bedroom with one king size bed, whirlpool tub, and television. Second bedroom with two queen beds and television. Living room has a sofa sleeper, chairs, and another television.

 

KID'S SUITE: Large two bedroom suite. Master bedroom with one king size bed, whirlpool tub, and television. Second bedroom is children's room and has queen bunk beds with a full 3-D wall mural and television. Living room features a large family table with chairs, sofa sleeper, easy chairs, and television.

CINEMA SUITE: Large two bedroom suite featuring a home theater room with 62" flat screen projection television, built-in surround sound system, as well as a DVD player, XBox, and PlayStation2. Master bedroom with one king size bed, whirlpool tub, and television. Second bedroom with 2 queen beds and television. Extra large bathroom that is handicapped accessible. Furnishings include L-shaped sofa sleeper, table and chairs.

The Lodge accepts Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express. Cash is accepted for payment, but a valid credit card authorizable for $100 must also be presented for a security deposit at check-in. Minimum age requirement to rent a room is 21 years, and this person must also stay in the room. *The Lodge does not advise the use of a Debit Card for incidentals or advance deposit on your reservation.  When using a Debit Card please be aware that the monies are immediately held from your account and can take up to 10 business days for any refunded amounts.  We ask that whenever possible use a credit card as the wait time is greatly reduced.

Extra person charges are $20/night per person. Rollaway beds available for $10/night (limited availability). Pack and Play cribs are available for a one-time $10 fee (limited availability). All rooms are non-smoking Sorry, we do not accept pets. We can refer you to a nearby boarding facility that is staffed 24 hours/day. Room Check In begins at 4 PM, but we welcome you to arrive anytime on the day of your arrival to begin enjoying the Paul Bunyan Water Park. (Locker rooms are available) Room Check Out is by 11 AM on the day of your departure, but you are invited to enjoy the water park for the remainder of the day if you wish. Late check out options may be available for a small fee. Please inquire at the front desk if you are interested.

Reservation Policies

Deposit Policy: The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes is an advance deposit hotel. To guarantee your reservation we require the first night's lodging and tax to be applied to a credit card. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to arrival your deposit will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date forfeit the entire deposit amount. You are allowed to change the dates of your stay one time without any fee, but we cannot guarantee the same rate and same room availability
