Congratulations! We at The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes look forward to assisting you to ensure your
wedding goes the way you had imagined.


Here are a few quick facts regarding our Sands Ballroom:

• Ballroom includes all tables, chairs, white table cloths, a selection of colored napkins, flatware, china and glassware as well as skirted accent tables i.e. gift, cake, place card and head tables.
• Made from scratch catering menus for you to select from
• There are two large stone fireplaces in the room as well as a fire pit located outside the ballroom on the patio area
• Large permanent dance floor with easy access for a band or DJ to set up
• Seating for up to 330 people - we have 5' rounds that seat 8 people at each table
• Complimentary guest room for the Bride and Groom the night of their reception
• Room Blocks available for wedding blocks of 10 or more rooms

With all the planning that goes into your wedding we would like to take some of the pressure off. We provide a wedding tasting prior to your event so you can make sure what you have selected is what you want for your reception. We also like to meet one on one with the bride and groom throughout the process so that any questions or concerns are addressed quickly.
