| The Lodge accepts
Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express.
Cash is accepted for payment, but a valid credit
card authorizable for $100 must also be
presented for a security deposit at check-in.
Minimum age requirement to rent a room is
21 years, and this person must also stay in the
room. |

- Extra person charges are $20/night per
person.
- Rollaway beds available for $10/night
(limited availability).
- Pack and Play cribs are available for a
one-time $10 fee (limited availability).
- All rooms are non-smoking
- Sorry, we do not accept pets. We
can refer you to a nearby boarding facility
that is staffed 24 hours/day.
- Room Check In begins at 4 PM, but we
welcome you to arrive anytime on the day of
your arrival to begin enjoying the Paul
Bunyan Water Park. (Locker rooms are
available)
- Room Check Out is by 11 AM on the day of
your departure, but you are invited to enjoy
the water park for the remainder of the day
if you wish.
- Late check out options may be available
for a small fee. Please inquire at the
front desk if you are interested.

| Reservation Policies |
|
Deposit Policy: The
Lodge at Brainerd Lakes is an advance deposit
hotel. To guarantee your reservation we require
the first night's lodging and tax to be applied
to a credit card.
Cancellation Policy: If you
cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior
to arrival your deposit will be refunded less a
$25 processing fee. Reservations cancelled
within 72 hours of arrival date forfeit the
entire deposit amount. You are allowed to change
the dates of your stay one time without any fee,
but we cannot guarantee the same rate and same
room availability. |
